The purpose of our program is to assist municipal and county public works agencies in the area of public works administration, by providing technical and public works administration services in the form of an extension of existing staff, or in some instances, in lieu of any staff. These services may be provided on an "as-needed", and in some cases, on a "shared services" basis with other municipalities.

Jackson, Mississippi
Held a 1 ½ day self-assessment on-site workshop for the Department of Public Works key employees and representatives of the Mayor's Office, Human Resources and Finance. Combined a Department Facilities visit with the workshop.
State of Hawaii

Conducted a 1 ½ day on-site workshop for self-assessment for the State of Hawaii in Honolulu for key employees in the Central Services Division of the Department of Accounting and General Services. While this Department is not the typical Public Works Agency, they wanted to explore the program as a tool to provide a more efficient and responsive service to their customers, other internal state employees.

Covington, Georgia
Assisted the Public Works Department with an on-site Peer Review. Covington was subsequently accredited.

Atlanta, Minneapolis, San Diego, Kansas City
Conducted a one-day seminar on the self assessment process.
