Sterling & Associates Public Works Management Solutions: The Purpose
The purpose of our program is to assist municipal and county public works
agencies in the area of public works administration, by providing technical
and public works administration services in the form of an extension of
existing staff, or in some instances, in lieu of any staff. These services
may be provided on an "as-needed", and in some cases, on a "shared services"
basis with other municipalities.
Recent Workshop
Jackson, Mississippi
Conducted a hands-on on-site workshop for the Works Department. this series of workshops included an overview of the self-assessment process group exercises, team formation, communications plan, documentation of practices, how to develop imporvement plans and assignments between sessions. This on-going work session covered four days over an extended period of time.
